To streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a service desk system for UniKL RCMP staff, focusing on 5 departments :

• Information Technology Department
• Administration & Facilities Management Department
• Maintenance Department
• Human Capital Department
• Corporate Communication Unit

Every request generates a unique ticket number, which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your referenc,e we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
